This page presents the accessibility policy of the ccomptes.fr site and defines the general level of accessibility observed on the site in accordance with the standards and regulations. This declaration was drawn up on 06/01/2025.
1. Legal context
Article 47 of Law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 on equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship for people with disabilities makes accessibility a requirement for all online public communication services provided by the State, local authorities and their public establishments. This is why, in application of this law, a general accessibility reference framework for administrations (RGAA) has been drawn up.
The aim of this approach is to make the sites accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
2. Compliance status
The labopractice.com website is almost fully compliant with the General Accessibility Guidelines (RGAA).
2.1 Test results
The site’s overall level of accessibility is well above average. The overall level of compliance reached 89.3% for all pages.
The audit was carried out using web browsers and accessibility tools such as Voice Over. Rendition tests were also carried out in accordance with the referencing base defined by the RGAA.

The right to compensation
It is important to remember that under article 11 of the February 2005 law, disabled people have the right to compensation for the consequences of their disability, whatever the origin and nature of their impairment, their age or their lifestyle.
As a result, each organisation is obliged to take the necessary steps to provide access, within a reasonable time, to the information and functionalities sought by the disabled person, whether or not the content is subject to an exemption.
